网络的发展为人类社会的生产、生活带来了极大便利，但同时，网络是一把“双刃剑”，过度沉溺于网络又不可避免地产生一些负面影响。部分青少年，尤其是部分大学生的“网络依赖症”严重影响了其现实生活的人际沟通能力。为此，应规范大学生的上网行为，开展丰富多彩的活动，增强其人际沟通能力。

The development of the network has brought great convenience to the production and living of human society, but at the same time, the network is a double-edged sword, excessive addicted to Internet will inevitably produces some negative influence. Some youngsters, especially the part of college students' "Internet addiction" seriously affected the real life of inter-personal communication. Through the questionnaire survey results and combined with relevant cases, the author objectively an-alyzes the part of the college students' Internet addiction, real communication, cause, adverse effects of ignoring the current situation and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
