当前我国财经类院校经济新闻专业人才培养中存在的主要问题表现在：社会需求与经济新闻人才培养不对称、专业成长与边缘处境不对称、深度融合与方案设计不对称、人才培养与师资队伍不对称、理论素养与实践能力不对称、培养目标与就业趋向不对称。因此，应重视经济新闻人才的培养，在专业培养方案上进行创新，尤其要注重学生实践能力的培养，加强实践教学。

In the current, the main problems of economic news training of professional talents of our country's finance institutions manifestations in asymmetry between social demand and economic news talents training, asymmetry of professional development and edge position, asymmetry of depth fusion and scheme design, asymmetry between personnel training and teaching staff and asymmetric theory accomplishment and practical ability, the training objectives and employment trends asymmetry. Therefore, we should pay attention to economic news talents training, to innovate in the professional training scheme, especially must pay attention to train students' practical ability and strengthen the practice teaching.
