目的：调查社区护士对呼吸卫生策略知识掌握程度及执行情况。方法采用自设问卷16所社区卫生服务中心的146名护士进行问卷调查。结果呼吸卫生策略知识得分为（6.53±1.34）分；在呼吸卫生策略执行方面，89名（60.96%）社区护士在接诊具有呼吸道感染综合征的患者时，每次遵循飞沫隔离措施；27名（18.49%）护士每次在接触呼吸道分泌物后执行手卫生；只有3名（2.05%）护士每次都为有呼吸道感染征象的人员（包括陪伴）提供口罩。结论应该加强社区护士呼吸卫生策略的理论培训，并监督其执行情况。

Objective To investigate community nurses’ knowledge and practice of respiratory health strateges. Methods A total of 146 community nurses in 16 community health service centers were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The score of respiratory health strategies knowledge was(6.53±1.34). In the imple-mentation of respiratory health strategies,89 community nurses(60.96%) followed the droplet isolation measures each time when they contacted with patients who had respiratory tract infection syndromes;27 community nurses (18.49%) executed hand hygiene each time after contacting with respiratory secretions;only 3 community nurses (2.05%) provided masks for patients with respiratory tract infections each time. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the theory training and supervision in implementation of respiratory health strategies among community nurses.
