目的:调查护理本科生的择业意向及影响因素。方法采用自设问卷,对907名护理本科生进行调查。结果794名(87.5%)护理本科生对就业前景持乐观态度。他们倾向的就业单位是大中型医院(646名,占71.2%)和教育科研机构(96名,占10.6%);587名(64.7%)期望月薪>5000元/月;找工作时大多倾向于自己(425名,占46.9%)及父母(292名,占32.2%)的意见;若找不到理想工作,568名(62.6%)学生倾向于先就业并等待好时机。择业时重视的前3位因素是:薪金/保险/住房等福利待遇、工作稳定性、单位的经济效益。性别、年龄、年级、生源地、喜欢护理专业对护理本科生择业时的重视因素有一定影响(P<0.05)。结论护理本科生择业期望值较高,择业时比较重视生理安全及自我实现方面的需要。学校在进行就业指导教育时应为学生提供具有个性化的指导。

Objective To investigate the employment intention and its influence factors among undergraduate nursing students. Methods Totally 907 undergraduate nursing students were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire. Results 794 (87.5%) undergraduate nursing students were optimistic about the employment. They preferred to work in large general hospitals (71.2%) and educational or research institutes (10.6%). The expected salary was more than 5000 RMB per month in most students(64.7%). They mostly valued their own(46.9%) and parents' (32.2%) suggestions. 62.6% of them would be employed if the job was not satisfied. The top three factors influencing employment intention were salary,housing and insurance,job stability,and economic benefits of the employers. The employment intention was different among students with different gender,age,grade,family residence and professional attitude(P<0.05). Conclusion The employment expectations of undergraduate nursing students are relatively high. They pay close attention to the physical safety and self-actualization needs when looking for a job. It is necessary to provide personalized employment guidance for undergraduate nursing students.
