目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定慢性盆腔炎丸中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法用 C18柱为固定相，以乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液（14：86）为流动相，检测波长为316 nm。结果阿魏酸进样量在0.02049～0.2049μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=1.000（n=7），其平均回收率（n=6）为100.10%。方法的检测限0.3073 ng，定量限1.0243 ng。结论此法可靠、准确、专属性强。

목적：건립고효액상색보법측정만성분강염환중아위산적함량측정방법。방법용 C18주위고정상，이을정-0.085%린산용액（14：86）위류동상，검측파장위316 nm。결과아위산진양량재0.02049～0.2049μg범위내정량호적선성관계，r=1.000（n=7），기평균회수솔（n=6）위100.10%。방법적검측한0.3073 ng，정량한1.0243 ng。결론차법가고、준학、전속성강。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Pills.Methods The C18 column was used with the mixture of acetonitrile-0.085 % phosphoric acid (14:86) as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 316 nm.Results The standard curve of ferulic acid was linear in the range of 0.02049-0.2049μg (r=1.000,n=7), and the average recovery was 100.10 % (n=6). The limit of detection was 0.3073 ng and the limit of quantification was 1.0243 ng.Conclusion The method can be reliable, accurate and specific.
