农村老年人的身体、物质生活及精神状况等方面都处于低下的水平，在养老金、基本医疗保障、赡养权、精神生活等合法权益没有得到应有的保障。保障农村老年人合法权益需要政府各部门履行职责，给予法律和政策制度、物质和精神等方面的大力支持、帮助和关爱。
農村老年人的身體、物質生活及精神狀況等方麵都處于低下的水平，在養老金、基本醫療保障、贍養權、精神生活等閤法權益沒有得到應有的保障。保障農村老年人閤法權益需要政府各部門履行職責，給予法律和政策製度、物質和精神等方麵的大力支持、幫助和關愛。
농촌노년인적신체、물질생활급정신상황등방면도처우저하적수평，재양로금、기본의료보장、섬양권、정신생활등합법권익몰유득도응유적보장。보장농촌노년인합법권익수요정부각부문리행직책，급여법률화정책제도、물질화정신등방면적대력지지、방조화관애。
The rural elderly people are under the average level in terms of health, material life and mental state. Their deserved old-age pension, basic healthcare security, support rights and spiritual life have not been properly protected. The guarantee of the lawful rights and interests of the rural elderly people calls for all the government departments to perform their respective duties, provide great support and care for them in law and policy system, materials and spirits.
