目的:通过向培养液中添加不同浓度的FeSO4和FeCl3,研究不同价态铁及添加方式对小球藻的营养和生理特性的影响。方法用不同浓度的FeSO4和FeCl3培养小球藻,检测小球藻生物量、叶绿素、β-胡萝卜素、蛋白质及可溶性糖含量的变化。结果当FeSO4和FeCl3的浓度分别为12.5μmol/L和25μmol/L时,小球藻的生长最旺盛,生物量、铁富集量、叶绿素、β-胡萝卜素、蛋白质及多糖含量最高。当铁浓度升高至100μmol/L以上时,藻的生长及各项生理指标都明显低于对照组,同时出现藻液变黄甚至藻体死亡现象。另外,分批次添加与一次性添加相比,小球藻生物量、铁富集量、蛋白质和多糖含量均有提高。结论铁的不同价态对小球藻的生长影响有明显差异,Fe2+较之Fe3+表现出更强的藻利用效果,同样浓度下,藻的增殖速度更快,营养品质更高。

Objective To study the iron with different chemical valence added through diverse mode on the nutritional and physiological properties ofChlorella pyrenoidosa.Methods Biomass and contents of chlorophyll,β-carotene, protein and carbohydrate ofChlorella pyrenoidosa were analyzed after culture with different concentration of FeSO4 and FeCl3.ResultsChlorella pyrenoidosa grew best under 12.5μmol/L FeSO4and 25μmol/L FeCl3, with the highest bio-enrichment of iron and highest contents of biomass, chlorophyll,β-carotene, protein and polysaccharide. When iron concentration increased to 100μmol/L, the growth and the physiological indices were significantly lower than those of control, and the algae medium turned yellow and even the algae died. Compared to theChlorella pyrenoidosa cultured with iron added in one portion, the contents of biomass, enrichment, protein and polysaccharide ofChlorella pyrenoidosa cultured with iron added in portions increased.Conclusion The results indicated there was significant difference in the growth ofChlorella pyrenoidosa cultured by addition of iron with different chemical valence. Fe2+ displayed stronger microalgae utilization than Fe3+. Under same concentration,Chlorella pyrenoidosa cultured by addition of Fe2+ showed the faster growth rate and higher nutritional property.
