2014年末，北京地铁实行新的调价政策。为分析票价变化因素对轨道交通出行者的影响，采用SP方法构建票价影响模型，选取了北京市地铁2号线阜成门站、5号线天通苑北站、昌平线南邵站高峰时段乘客为问询对象，对票价调整对乘客出行方式选择产生的影响进行调查，并建立票价变化与出行方式选择之间的量化影响函数。票价调整后乘客改变情况和分析结果相一致，实证了这种量化分析方法可以有效预测票价调整方案的实施效果。最后，提出了票价进一步调整的相关建议。

At the end of 2014, Beijing kicked off a price reform concerning its public transportation. The SP model is applied to analyse how the price adjustment influences passenger ’ s mode choice. Some stations including Fuchengmen Station on Subway Line 2 , Tiantongyuanbei Station on Subway Line 5 , and Nanshao Station on Chengping Line are chosen as inquire survey site at peak hours and passengers are enquired questionnaire about how the fare adjustment affects their choices. In the process, a function was developed to reflect the relationship between price changes and people ’ s choice of transportation means. The changes in passenger’ s choice are in conformity with those coming out from our analysis, which has attested to the effectiveness of this quantitative analysis in predicting the results of carrying out the new price policy. Several proposals about improving the price adjustment were put forward at the end of paper.
