为了探讨大学生元认知、情绪智力的特点及两者的相关关系,采用随机抽样方法,选取大一、大二学生450名。然后对被试采用《大学生元认知能力量表》和《大学生情绪智力问卷》进行测试。结果发现:大学生元认知能力普遍偏高,受年级因素的影响,大一学生元认知能力高于大二年级;大学生情绪智力普遍偏高,受独生子女因素、年级以及专业的影响;大学生元认知能力以及元认知计划、元认知监控、元认知调节与情绪智力显著正相关;元认知计划可以对情绪智力进行一定的正向预测作用。

위료탐토대학생원인지、정서지력적특점급량자적상관관계,채용수궤추양방법,선취대일、대이학생450명。연후대피시채용《대학생원인지능역량표》화《대학생정서지력문권》진행측시。결과발현:대학생원인지능력보편편고,수년급인소적영향,대일학생원인지능력고우대이년급;대학생정서지력보편편고,수독생자녀인소、년급이급전업적영향;대학생원인지능력이급원인지계화、원인지감공、원인지조절여정서지력현저정상관;원인지계화가이대정서지력진행일정적정향예측작용。
To explore the characteristics of metacognitive ability and emotional intelligence and the relationship between each other, 450 freshmen and sophomores were selected randomly to complete the Scales for College Students’ Metacognitive Ability and College Students’ Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire. Results show that col-lege students’ metacognitive ability is generally high and differs in grades, freshmen’ s higher than sophomores’ . Meanwhile their emotional intelligence is also high but affected by only child factor, grade and major. The emotion-al intelligence is positively correlated with metacognitive ability, plan, monitoring and adjustment, whereas, the metacognitive plan can predict the emotional intelligence for a certain positive forecast.
