目的：运用儿童预防接种信息管理系统( CIIMS)管理,提高阜阳市儿童建卡率和免疫规划疫苗接种率。方法建立儿童预防接种个案数据库,通过电子扫描系统进行接种。分析CIIMS建设常态化运作前后儿童建卡和接种信息资料,比较短信预约启用前后同一县区和不同县区之间的接种信息资料。结果 CIIMS常态运作后,全市适龄儿童建卡率、基础免疫接种率、加强免疫接种率均有提高,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=64．37,P=0．00；χ2=194．66,P=0．00；χ2=157．22,P=0．00)。界首市实施CIIMS短信预约后,免疫规划疫苗接种及时率高于颍泉区,差异有统计学意义(χ2=36．82,P=0．00)；界首市实施CIIMS短信预约后的免疫规划疫苗接种及时率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(χ2=37．41,P=0．00)。结论 CIIMS的应用促进了适龄儿童建卡率和接种率的提高,运用CIIMS短信预约能有效提高儿童预防接种的及时率。
목적：운용인동예방접충신식관리계통( CIIMS)관리,제고부양시인동건잡솔화면역규화역묘접충솔。방법건립인동예방접충개안수거고,통과전자소묘계통진행접충。분석CIIMS건설상태화운작전후인동건잡화접충신식자료,비교단신예약계용전후동일현구화불동현구지간적접충신식자료。결과 CIIMS상태운작후,전시괄령인동건잡솔、기출면역접충솔、가강면역접충솔균유제고,차이균유통계학의의(χ2=64．37,P=0．00；χ2=194．66,P=0．00；χ2=157．22,P=0．00)。계수시실시CIIMS단신예약후,면역규화역묘접충급시솔고우영천구,차이유통계학의의(χ2=36．82,P=0．00)；계수시실시CIIMS단신예약후적면역규화역묘접충급시솔고우실시전,차이유통계학의의(χ2=37．41,P=0．00)。결론 CIIMS적응용촉진료괄령인동건잡솔화접충솔적제고,운용CIIMS단신예약능유효제고인동예방접충적급시솔。
Objective To improve the immunization program and further strengthen the vaccination information management system ( CIIMS) in Fuyang county of Anhui province. Methods The vaccination information data were collected from China“childhood immuniza-tion information management system” software, so as to analyze the effectiveness after the construction of CIIMS normalization. Results The card-setting rate, basic and strengthen vaccination rates of children in the city were increased after CIIMS normalization (χ2 =64. 37, P=0. 00;χ2=194. 66,P=0. 00;χ2 =157. 22,P=0. 00). The timely vaccination rate for Measles Containing Vaccine1 in Jieshou was higher than that of Yingquan in the first half of 2014 (χ2 =36. 82, P=0. 00). In addition, The timely vaccination rate for Jieshou in the first half of 2014 was higher than that of 2013 (χ2 =37. 41,P=0. 00). Conclusion CIIMS can help to improve card-setting and vaccination rates, while telephone message appointment can effectively improve the timely vaccination rate of children.
