目的：通过调查山西省新农合满意度情况及影响新农合满意度的因素，为进一步改进和优化农村合作医疗提供实证依据。方法采用配额抽样法抽取山西省11个地市的3600名农民进行问卷调查。结果农民对新农合的整体满意度为58%；新农合的满意度与年龄、文化程度、本村经济状况、外出务工、报销比例、报销手续、医保卡的发卡及核卡速度有关。结论建议增加新农合报销比例、简化新农合报销手续、增加新农合医保卡的使用功能。

Objectives To examine the satisfaction of the new rural cooperative medical system (NRCMS)and the impact factors in Shanxi province,and to provide empirical basis for the further improvement and optimization of NRCMS.Methods The quota sampling method was adopted to select 3 600 farmers from 1 1 cities in Shanxi Prov-ince.Results The peasants’overall satisfaction rate on the NRCMS was 58%,which was related with age,level of education,village economic conditions,migrant workers,reimbursement ratio,procedures of reimbursement,med-ical card issuing and checking.Conclusions The NRCMS should raise the reimbursement ratio,simplify the proce-dure,add new function of the medical card as required.
