目的:了解由学校、实践教学医院、带教医护人员组成的“三位一体”的具有双向反馈机制的医学生校外实践教学管理模式的改革成效。方法选取2所地市级三级综合性甲等医院的带教医护人员和实习生为研究对象,以1所采取传统教学管理模式医院为对照组,1所采用“三位一体”的具有双向反馈机制管理模式的医院为教改组。学生校外实践结束后,对医院带教医护人员和学生进行满意度问卷调查。结果带教医护人员对教改组学生的满意度和实习学生对教改组带教医护人员的满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论“三位一体”具有双向反馈机制的校外实践教学管理模式全面提升了校外实践教学的质量,更适合高职医学类人才的培养。

Objectives Tracking survey on the effect of trinity management model with a two-way feedback mechanism of medical students'outside school practice teaching.Methods The teaching staff and interns in two third-grade comprehensive class-A hospitals in prefecture-level city were selected as the objects of this study.One school which adopted traditional teach-ing management model was taken as the control group,another which adopted trinity management model with a two-way feed-back mechanism was the teaching reform group.When the students'practice outside school finished,a questionnaire survey on the degree of satisfaction to the teaching staff in the hospitals and students was conducted.Results The degree of satisfaction of the teaching staff to the students in teaching reform group and the degree of satisfaction of the interns to the teaching staff in teaching reform group both excelled those in control group.The differences were all statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclu-sions Trinity management model with a two-way feedback mechanism of outside school practice teaching improves the quality of outside school practice teaching comprehensively,which is more suitable for the cultivating of medical talented people in vo-cational school.
