目的：了解湖北省某男子监狱中在押人员的肺结核患病情况，为制定在押人群结核病的有效防控措施提供参考依据。方法随机整群抽取湖北省某监狱中的1146名在押人员进行胸部 X 线摄片检查，对有异常阴影者进一步开展痰涂片和痰培养。所有数据经双人采用 Excel 2003软件录入，通过 SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果该男子监狱的活动性肺结核患病率为1588.70/10万，显著高于同年全国结核病流行病学调查中的男性水平(P <0.01)，略高于湖北省男性的平均水平；其中，新发现患者占55.56%，复治患者占33.33%。此外，涂阳肺结核患病率为88.26/10万，培阳肺结核患病率为441.31/10万。结论男子监狱内的肺结核疫情亟待重视，应整合社会医疗资源，对在押人员进行定期肺结核筛查，并保障系统规范地给予治疗。
目的：瞭解湖北省某男子鑑獄中在押人員的肺結覈患病情況，為製定在押人群結覈病的有效防控措施提供參攷依據。方法隨機整群抽取湖北省某鑑獄中的1146名在押人員進行胸部 X 線攝片檢查，對有異常陰影者進一步開展痰塗片和痰培養。所有數據經雙人採用 Excel 2003軟件錄入，通過 SPSS 20.0軟件進行統計分析。結果該男子鑑獄的活動性肺結覈患病率為1588.70/10萬，顯著高于同年全國結覈病流行病學調查中的男性水平(P <0.01)，略高于湖北省男性的平均水平；其中，新髮現患者佔55.56%，複治患者佔33.33%。此外，塗暘肺結覈患病率為88.26/10萬，培暘肺結覈患病率為441.31/10萬。結論男子鑑獄內的肺結覈疫情亟待重視，應整閤社會醫療資源，對在押人員進行定期肺結覈篩查，併保障繫統規範地給予治療。
목적：료해호북성모남자감옥중재압인원적폐결핵환병정황，위제정재압인군결핵병적유효방공조시제공삼고의거。방법수궤정군추취호북성모감옥중적1146명재압인원진행흉부 X 선섭편검사，대유이상음영자진일보개전담도편화담배양。소유수거경쌍인채용 Excel 2003연건록입，통과 SPSS 20.0연건진행통계분석。결과해남자감옥적활동성폐결핵환병솔위1588.70/10만，현저고우동년전국결핵병류행병학조사중적남성수평(P <0.01)，략고우호북성남성적평균수평；기중，신발현환자점55.56%，복치환자점33.33%。차외，도양폐결핵환병솔위88.26/10만，배양폐결핵환병솔위441.31/10만。결론남자감옥내적폐결핵역정극대중시，응정합사회의료자원，대재압인원진행정기폐결핵사사，병보장계통규범지급여치료。
Objectives To understand the pulmonary tuberculosis epidemic status of the detained population in a male pris-on of Hubei province,and to provide reference for making pulmonary tuberculosis prevention and control measures for prison-ers.Methods 1 146 detained persons in the men prison were selected by cluster sampling method for chest X-radio-graphy,further sputum smear and sputum culture were launched for the objects with abnormal shadow.Data base were constructed using an Excel 2003 and analyzed using SPSS 20.0 by two individual independently.Results The prevalence rate of active pulmonary TB was 1 588.70/100 000 in the men prison,which was significantly higher than that of tuberculosis epidemiological survey of the whole nation in the same year (P <0.01),and slightly higher than that of the average level of men in Hubei province.Among active patients,55.56% were new finding and 33.33% were retreatment patients.Besides,the pulmonary TB prevalence of smear-positive and that of culture-positive were 88.26/100 000 and 441.31/100 000 respectively.Conclusions Urgent attention should be paid on the pulmonary tuberculosis epidemic in this men prison.Integrating social medical resources is necessary to develop reg-ular tuberculosis screening and systematic standard treatment for prisoners.
