目的：总结腹腔镜手术治疗新生儿环状胰腺的经验。方法回顾分析安徽省儿童医院2012年5月至2014年7月行腹腔镜手术的22例环状胰腺患儿临床资料。结果22例环状胰腺患儿均顺利完成腹腔镜十二指肠侧侧菱形吻合术；1例术后出现吻合口漏，经腹腔引流、静脉营养等治疗后痊愈；余21例术后恢复顺利，无手术并发症。结论腹腔镜手术治疗新生儿环状胰腺具有创伤小、切口美观等优势，值得推广。
목적：총결복강경수술치료신생인배상이선적경험。방법회고분석안휘성인동의원2012년5월지2014년7월행복강경수술적22례배상이선환인림상자료。결과22례배상이선환인균순리완성복강경십이지장측측릉형문합술；1례술후출현문합구루，경복강인류、정맥영양등치료후전유；여21례술후회복순리，무수술병발증。결론복강경수술치료신생인배상이선구유창상소、절구미관등우세，치득추엄。
Objective To summarize our experience of laparoscopic treatment for annular pancreas in neonates. Methods A retro-spective review of laparoscopic surgery for annular pancreas in 22 children from May 2012 to July 2014 was performed. Results All of these 22 cases of annular pancreas were treated with duodenal diamond-shaped anastomosis in laparoscopy. Postoperative anastomotic leakage oc-curred in one case and was cured by peritoneal drainage and parenteral nutrition. The other 21 cases received the operation successfully with-out complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of annular pancreas has the advantages of less trauma and beautiful incision, and it is worth promoting.
