目的:探讨伴有2型糖尿病的白内障患者在超声乳化手术中使用双重粘弹剂,对角膜内皮的保护作用。方法将56例伴有2型糖尿病的白内障的患者(60眼)随机分为两组,试验组于术中使用粘弹剂Duovisc,对照组术中使用粘弹剂透明质酸钠。分别检测两组患者术前、术后3天、1个月、3个月的中央角膜厚度与角膜内皮细胞密度。结果患者术后3天、1个月、3个月的角膜内皮细胞密度均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3天、1个月对照组中央角膜厚度显著高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伴有糖尿病的白内障患者在超声乳化手术中使用双重粘弹剂可有效保护角膜内皮细胞。

목적:탐토반유2형당뇨병적백내장환자재초성유화수술중사용쌍중점탄제,대각막내피적보호작용。방법장56례반유2형당뇨병적백내장적환자(60안)수궤분위량조,시험조우술중사용점탄제Duovisc,대조조술중사용점탄제투명질산납。분별검측량조환자술전、술후3천、1개월、3개월적중앙각막후도여각막내피세포밀도。결과환자술후3천、1개월、3개월적각막내피세포밀도균저우술전,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);술후3천、1개월대조조중앙각막후도현저고우시험조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론반유당뇨병적백내장환자재초성유화수술중사용쌍중점탄제가유효보호각막내피세포。
Objective To evaluate the protective effect of different ophthalmic viscosurgical devices on corneal endothelial cells dur-ing phacoemulsification in diabetic cataract surgery. Methods Fifty-six diabetic cataract patients (60 eyes)were randomly assigned to 2 e-qually sized groups;the first group used bilviscoelastic materials Duovisc as observation group, while the second group used Healon alone as control group. Observation was conducted on endothelial cell density and central corneal thickness of preoperative, postoperative 3 d, 1 month and 3 months. Results The density of the corneal endothelium in postoperative 3d-3months was lower than in preoperative. The central corneal thickness of observation group in postoperative 3d-1 month was lower than that of control group. The corneal endothelial cell loss rate of observation group in postoperative 3 months was lower than that of control group. The results had statistically significant difference ( P<0. 05). Conclusion For cataract patients with diabetics, the application of the bilviscoelastic material Duovisc to protect corneal endothelial is more effective.
