换流器阀组是柔性直流输电系统的关键设备。文中介绍了模块化多电平换流器阀组的基本原理和组成结构,基于舟山五端柔性直流输电工程对阀组过电流和过电压故障进行了仿真、分析研究,提出了阀组保护的关键需求,以此为基础构建了由子模块控制电路、阀控系统及柔性直流控制保护系统组成的多层次的完整的阀组本体保护系统及保护策略,提出了系统性的过流保护策略和系统性过电压判据,有效提高了阀组的过电流、过电压穿越能力。阀组保护系统及保护策略经过了±6 kV 两端柔性直流输电系统的试验验证和舟山、南澳工程现场试验的验证。
換流器閥組是柔性直流輸電繫統的關鍵設備。文中介紹瞭模塊化多電平換流器閥組的基本原理和組成結構,基于舟山五耑柔性直流輸電工程對閥組過電流和過電壓故障進行瞭倣真、分析研究,提齣瞭閥組保護的關鍵需求,以此為基礎構建瞭由子模塊控製電路、閥控繫統及柔性直流控製保護繫統組成的多層次的完整的閥組本體保護繫統及保護策略,提齣瞭繫統性的過流保護策略和繫統性過電壓判據,有效提高瞭閥組的過電流、過電壓穿越能力。閥組保護繫統及保護策略經過瞭±6 kV 兩耑柔性直流輸電繫統的試驗驗證和舟山、南澳工程現場試驗的驗證。

The converter valve is the key equipment in a voltage source converter based high-voltage direct current (VSC-HVDC) system.This paper is concerned with the structure and principles of the modular multilevel converter(MMC) valve, an analysis of the characteristics and effects of the internal and external faults,and a complete multi-level protection strategy and protection system for the valve with sub-module control circuits,the valve control system and high-voltage direct current (HVDC) control and protection system.A criterion for systemic over-voltage is proposed,effectively improving the over voltage ride through capability of the valve.The strategy as well as function of the valve protection system has been validated through an experimental ±6 kV point-to-point VSC-HVDC system,and used in Zhoushan and Nan”ao multi-terminal VSC-HVDC projects.
