采用问卷调查法调查跆拳道运动员运动性失眠的发生状况及相关因素,为提高运动员的睡眠质量提供参考依据。结果:有超过一半的运动员睡眠质量较差;运动性失眠的主要症状是入睡困难,主要原因是环境因素,主要时期是赛前准备期,主要心理因素是训练或比赛期间暂遇挫折情绪抑郁,主要影响是身体疲劳,仅少数人会治疗运动性失眠。结论:运动性失眠普遍存在于跆拳道运动员中,应引起重视,寻求有效的方法改善其睡眠质量。

In order to improve the sleep quality to provide the reference basis of the athletes , the study used ques-tionnaire survey to investigate current situation and related factor of the exercise -induced insomnia from taekwondo athletes.Results:More than half of the athletes have poor sleep quality .Trouble falling asleep is the main insom-nia symptoms .Many reasons can cause insomnia , environmental factors is the main reason , pre-game preparation is the main period , temporarily encounter setbacks lead to depressed during the period of training or competition is the main psychological factors .The major effect of the insomnia is the body fatigue .Only a few will treat insomnia . Conclusion:The exercise-induced insomnia is generally exist in taekwondo athletes , we should pay attention to this situation, to seek effective ways to improve their sleep quality .
