目的：评价护理干预在宫缩乏力性产后出血中的临床效果。方法：收集我院收治的80例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者，随机分为各40例的两组，对照组接受常规护理，观察组则在此基础上加强护理干预，就两组护理效果及产后出血情况施以对比。结果：观察组的护理总有效率为92.5%，显著高于对照组的70.0%，组间差异比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组产后出血发生率、产后2h出血量及24h出血量均显著低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对宫缩乏力性产后出血患者加强护理干预可显著改善子宫收缩情况，降低产后出血发生率及出血量，应在临床推广应用。

목적：평개호리간예재궁축핍력성산후출혈중적림상효과。방법：수집아원수치적80례궁축핍력성산후출혈환자，수궤분위각40례적량조，대조조접수상규호리，관찰조칙재차기출상가강호리간예，취량조호리효과급산후출혈정황시이대비。결과：관찰조적호리총유효솔위92.5%，현저고우대조조적70.0%，조간차이비교유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조산후출혈발생솔、산후2h출혈량급24h출혈량균현저저우대조조，조간비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：대궁축핍력성산후출혈환자가강호리간예가현저개선자궁수축정황，강저산후출혈발생솔급출혈량，응재림상추엄응용。
Objective:To evaluate the nursing intervention in contractions fatigue sex clinical effect of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods:Collecting 80 cases of our hospital contractions anemic patients with postpartum hemorrhage, of each 40 cases were randomly divided into two groups,control group received routine nursing care,observation group on the basis of strengthening nursing intervention, the effect of two groups of care and postpartum hemorrhage is compared.Results:The nursing observation group total effective rate was 92.5%,significantly higher than that of control group 70.0%,the difference between groups with statistical significance (P<0.05);Observation group,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum 2 h,24 h blood loss and blood loss were significantly lower than the control group, compare the differences between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the contractions fatigue sexual postpartum hemorrhage patients nursing intervention can significantly improve the uterine contractions,reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and blood loss, should be popularized in clinical application.
