目的：总结肉芽肿性多血管炎（granulomatosis with polyangiitis，GPA）并发颅内动脉瘤临床特征、治疗及预后。方法报道1例 GPA 并发颅内动脉瘤病例。结果患者行双侧大脑中动脉瘤夹闭术，术后恢复良好。结论及时完善相关检查可 GPA 并发颅内动脉瘤为患者的治疗争取时间，明显改善预后。治疗上应积极应用大剂量皮质激素和环磷酰胺，必要时予手术处理。
목적：총결육아종성다혈관염（granulomatosis with polyangiitis，GPA）병발로내동맥류림상특정、치료급예후。방법보도1례 GPA 병발로내동맥류병례。결과환자행쌍측대뇌중동맥류협폐술，술후회복량호。결론급시완선상관검사가 GPA 병발로내동맥류위환자적치료쟁취시간，명현개선예후。치료상응적겁응용대제량피질격소화배린선알，필요시여수술처리。
Objective To summarize the clinical features, therapy, and outcome of granulomatosis with polyangiitis(GPA)combined with intracranial aneurysm.Method One patient with GPA combined with intracranial aneurysm was reported.Results The patient underwent clamp operation of both middle cerebral artery aneurysms.Conclusions Related examinations should be given timely in order to sove time for treating and improving outcome.Large dose of glucocorticosteroids and cyclophosphamide should be administered.And surgical operation should be done if necessary.
