针对成都市传统中介租房带来的信息不畅、不透明，费用过高等问题，基于国产天地图提供的优质地理信息和服务编程接口，结合移动终端Android平台，设计了一款成都市手机租房软件“猎房宝”，软件实现了租房查询、房屋详情查看、房源发布、路线查询、关注评论等功能。软件的特色是使用国产天地图解决租房问题，并设计了“好评度找房”的算法和功能。运行测试结果表明，该租房软件能较好地运行于基于Android操作系统的移动设备，为用户租房带来方便，具有一定的实用性。

Aimed at the problems of traditional rental agency in Chengdu, this paper based on the high quality of geographic information and application programming interface provided by Tianditu, combined with the mobile terminal of the Android platform, and designed a mobile phone software which called"Liefangbao"."Liefangbao"provides the functions of house inquiry, details view, housing publish, the route query, comments and etc. The most innovation of"Liefangbao"is designed the algorithm for evaluative rental methods based on Tianditu. The experimental results show that"Liefangbao"runs well on Android mobile devices, and it is convenient for users.
