当代教育者主体面临的新挑战赋予了当代教育者主体性以新的要求。只有基于马克思主体本质、价值、实践和全面发展思想,准确把握当代教育主体的时代特性和要求,重新审视当代教育者主体性新变化,重构当代教育者主体以人为本的主体性、核心价值观引领的主体性、创新实践的主体性和与时俱进、全面发展的主体性,才能增强当代教育者主体功能,发挥当代教育者主体作用,激发当代教育者主体的活力,推进“立德树人”和教育治理体系治理能力的现代化。
噹代教育者主體麵臨的新挑戰賦予瞭噹代教育者主體性以新的要求。隻有基于馬剋思主體本質、價值、實踐和全麵髮展思想,準確把握噹代教育主體的時代特性和要求,重新審視噹代教育者主體性新變化,重構噹代教育者主體以人為本的主體性、覈心價值觀引領的主體性、創新實踐的主體性和與時俱進、全麵髮展的主體性,纔能增彊噹代教育者主體功能,髮揮噹代教育者主體作用,激髮噹代教育者主體的活力,推進“立德樹人”和教育治理體繫治理能力的現代化。
당대교육자주체면림적신도전부여료당대교육자주체성이신적요구。지유기우마극사주체본질、개치、실천화전면발전사상,준학파악당대교육주체적시대특성화요구,중신심시당대교육자주체성신변화,중구당대교육자주체이인위본적주체성、핵심개치관인령적주체성、창신실천적주체성화여시구진、전면발전적주체성,재능증강당대교육자주체공능,발휘당대교육자주체작용,격발당대교육자주체적활력,추진“립덕수인”화교육치리체계치리능력적현대화。
New challenges of contemporary educators bring up new requirements for the subjective of the educa?tors. In order to stimulate the vitality of the main body of contemporary educators and promote the modernization of education governance system, it is vital to strengthen the main function of contemporary educators and have them play the main role in contemporary education. For this purpose, we need to base on Marxist main essence, value, practice and comprehensive development thought to understand the characteristics and the requirements of the subject of contemporary education, and to re-examine the changes in the subjective of contemporary edu?cators, and to reconstruct the subjective of contemporary educators’subject, and so on.
