生物信息学分析表明：OsBBX 30基因启动子含有与逆境相关的作用元件HSE.为进一步了解 OsBBX 30基因在生物体内受热诱导，通过 OsBBX 30基因克隆构建原核表达和实时定量 PCR 分析，证实 OsBBX 30基因表达受热胁迫诱导，能增强大肠杆菌的耐热能力，为深入了解该家族基因和挖掘水稻耐热基因奠定基础.

Bioinformatics analysis indicates that the promoter of OsBBX 30 contains function element HSE,which is related with adversity.In this study,it is found that OsBBX 30 gene expression is induced by heat stress,which enhances the E.coli heat resistant ability through bioinformatics,Gene clone pro-karyotic expression and real-time quantitative PCR analysis.The results are helpful in understanding the family genes and rice heat resistant genes.
