预防控制辅助决策是大电网在线安全稳定分析控制系统的重要功能。针对实际工程中经常面对的暂态稳定、静态安全、静态电压稳定以及多种安全稳定问题的综合辅助决策问题,评述了各类预防控制计算方法对实际大电网在线分析与控制要求的适应性。在评述各种方法的基础上指出,基于安全稳定性量化分析理论和方法,构建合适的控制性能指标,用于指导控制措施的启发式搜索和计算任务的并行分配,可以改进算法的鲁棒性,提高计算速度,并获得尽可能优化的控制决策。
預防控製輔助決策是大電網在線安全穩定分析控製繫統的重要功能。針對實際工程中經常麵對的暫態穩定、靜態安全、靜態電壓穩定以及多種安全穩定問題的綜閤輔助決策問題,評述瞭各類預防控製計算方法對實際大電網在線分析與控製要求的適應性。在評述各種方法的基礎上指齣,基于安全穩定性量化分析理論和方法,構建閤適的控製性能指標,用于指導控製措施的啟髮式搜索和計算任務的併行分配,可以改進算法的魯棒性,提高計算速度,併穫得儘可能優化的控製決策。

Auxiliary decision-making based preventive control is one of the most important modules in on-line analysis and control system of large power grid security and stability.According to the often faced problems in practical engineering,such as transient stability,static security,static voltage stability,and a variety of security and stability issues of comprehensive auxiliary decision-making,the adaptability of various calculating methods of preventive control for the requirements of on-line analysis and control in the actual large power grid is reviewed.On the basis of reviewing various methods,the control performance index based on the quantitative analysis theory and method of power system security and stability is proposed, which can be used to guide control measures for heuristic search and parallel allocation of computing tasks.The method is capable of improving the robustness of the algorithm and the computation speed,while yielding optimal control decision-making as much as possible.
