各民族在长期的社会实践过程中发现：语言是文化最重要的载体。颜色词又是语言的一个重要组成部分，因此各种不同的民族文化赋予了颜色词丰富多彩的文化内涵。文章主要从藏汉英三语文化出发，探究了11个基本颜色词在这三种文化中的联想意义和文化内涵的异同点，提出跨文化交际和三语翻译工作中要尊重源语言内涵。

Languages are the most important carrier of the cultures. While color is one of the essential part of lan?guages, peoples across the world have accumulated different connotations for basic color terms in their practical life. The article studies 11 basic color terms from the perspective Tibetan-English-Chinese perspective and ana?lyzes the similarities and differences of these colors culturally. The author hopes that the research will play an im?portant role to a certain extent in the field of trilingual teaching and translation and Tran cultural exchanges.
