我国经济转型升级已进入攻坚期，产业结构调整、经济发展方式转变产生巨大的资金需求，但影子银行、资金空转等虚拟经济脱离实体经济的问题不断加重。金融如何更好地服务实体经济，成为当今重要议题。江苏作为全国经济大省、民营企业聚集地，解决好金融支持实体经济转型发展的问题，对其他省份有重大借鉴意义。文章以金融与经济互动关系为理论基础，分析了江苏实体经济转型升级路径及金融需求，针对江苏实际情况，提出金融支持实体经济转型发展的具体对策。

The transformation and upgrading of China’s economy has entered a crucial period. Industrial restruc?turing and the transformation of economic development mode require huge funds. However, phenomena such as“shadow bank”and“funds idling in financial system”indicate the increasing decoupling of the finance from the real economy. How to give real economy a better financial support has become an important issue today. As Jiang?su is an economically great province and SMEs gathering place, it is of referential significance for other provinc?es if Jiangsu successfully solves the problem of how finance supporting real economy. On the theoretical basis of the interaction between finance and economy, this article analyzes the upgrading path for Jiangsu ’s real economy and its financial needs, and then by contrasting with Shanghai and Zhejiang, explores the problems of financial support to Jiangsu’s real economy. Finally it proposes some specific measures for financial support to transforma?tion and development of Jiangsu’s real economy.
