基于多元智能理论和建构主义理论,以4所民族院校411名学生的问卷调查结果为支持,提出了构建民族院校大学英语课程教学评价体系的思路。民族院校大学英语课程教学评价体系应充分考虑教学对象的特殊性和教学环境的复杂性,实践知识评价和能力评价相结合、评价者和被评价共同参与,形成性评价和终结性评价有机结合的多元化评价体系,实现提高民族院校大学英语教学质量的目标。

Based on the theory of multiple-intelligence, constructivism theory and the results of questionnaire survey of 411 students from 4 ethnic universities, the article proposes a systematic approach to develop an evalu?ation system for college English of universities for nationalities. It is suggested that the construction of the new teaching evaluation system should take full account of the particularity of teaching objects and the complexity of teaching environment, and stress the assessment of students’knowledge and ability, as well as the assessment of participation of teachers and students. It should also draw on the strengths of the organic combination of forma?tive assessment and summative assessment for the purpose to improve the quality of college English teaching and learning in universities for nationalities.
