目的：构建 JCI 国际标准下的护理安全文化建设与安全管理体系。方法健全护理安全管理组织架构，树立护理安全文化理念，实施以 JCI 国际患者安全目标六条为导向的护理安全措施，落实质量标准，规范护理流程，养成安全习惯，持续改进护理质量，构建以预防为主的护理安全文化体系。结果通过 JCI 评审，与2013年相比，2014年护理不安全事件隐患上报率提高了1100％，不良事件发生率下降了82．5％，护理质控年平均分提高了2％，患者满意度年平均分提高了3％。结论JCI 评审实践以预防为主的护理安全文化，有助于提升护理管理水平，使其达到规范化、标准化、国际化。
목적：구건 JCI 국제표준하적호리안전문화건설여안전관리체계。방법건전호리안전관리조직가구，수립호리안전문화이념，실시이 JCI 국제환자안전목표륙조위도향적호리안전조시，락실질량표준，규범호리류정，양성안전습관，지속개진호리질량，구건이예방위주적호리안전문화체계。결과통과 JCI 평심，여2013년상비，2014년호리불안전사건은환상보솔제고료1100％，불량사건발생솔하강료82．5％，호리질공년평균분제고료2％，환자만의도년평균분제고료3％。결론JCI 평심실천이예방위주적호리안전문화，유조우제승호리관리수평，사기체도규범화、표준화、국제화。
Objective To build a nursing safety culture construction and management system according to the JCI international standards.Methods The nursing safety culture was constructed by improving the or-ganizational structure of nursing safety management,establishing the concept of nursing safety culture, carrying out the nursing safety measures according to the six JCI standards of international patient safety goal,implementing the quality standard,standardizing the nursing schedule and developing the safety hab-its,with the focus on prevention and nursing quality improvement.Results Through the JCI accreditati-on,compared with 2013,the report rate of the nursing unsafe event risks in 2014 increased by 110%,the rate of incidence decreased by 82.5%,the score of the nursing quality increased by 2% and the rate of pa-tients′satisfaction increased by 3%.Conclusion The JCI accreditation contributed to the construction of the safety culture and the improvement of the nursing management.
