库尔德工人党（以下简称“库工党”）是土耳其库尔德人政治族裔权利的“代言人”之一，其领导人厄贾兰对该组织的诞生和成长均密切相关。库工党从非武装组织到暴力组织的转变除了国内政治生态空间因素外，还受制于厄贾兰个人成长经历和选择的影响。厄贾兰个人成长记忆和在西部城市生活、监狱经历都侧面对该组织的走向起到了促进“升温”作用。

The Kurdistan WorkersˊParty in Turkey is one of the kurdish ethnic political rightsˊspokesman. And the leader Oca-lan has an important influence on the emergence and growth of the organization. The transformation of The Kurdistan WorkersˊParty from unarmed organization to the violence organization is influenced by the Ocalanˊs grown experience and his choice,be-sides the demastic politicaleco-spatial structure. The experience of Ocalanˊs individual grown and living life in the west city,es-pecially in the prison,influences the oritation or direction of the organization. Ocalan has the most important influence on the oritation and characteristic aspects.
