独立学院是我国高等院校按照新机制、新模式举办的本科层次的二级学院，经过这十来年的飞速发展，在培养应用型人才方面发挥了应有的作用。然而目前其经管类专业实践教学资源不足，实践教学体系设置不合理，师资队伍建设不完善，教学管理体系不健全，以各自专业为依托，独立建设、分散实施等一系列问题。文章通过独立学院的调研，对经管类专业实践教学开展的现状及存在的主要问题进行分析，并得出以下结论：实践教学改革是必要和紧迫的，改革取向跨专业综合仿真，提出建构以企业特定工作岗位的课程与教学体系，采取“团队式”教师教学组织方式，建立完善的管理与运行体系，构建以ERP为核心的跨专业企业模拟经营实训平台，实现社会服务功能的多元化创业、就业实践基地，实践教学组织形式的多元化，开放管理，以此培养具有可持续发展的应用型复合型高级经济管理类专业人才。

Independent college is a secondary college based on undergraduate level according to new mechanism and new model. After the rapid development in ten years, it plays its due role in training applied talents. However, there is a series of questions for example practice teaching resources are lack, practice teaching system is unreasonable, teaching staff is inadequate, teaching management system is not perfect,and other some problems such as their professional dispersion,independent building and decentralized implementation.Through researching for independent institute, then analyzes their status and the main problems about practice teaching for economics and Management Major,and drows the following conclusions: the practice teaching reform is necessary and urgent, reform orients multi-disciplinary integrated simulation, it proposes the construction of enterprise curriculum and teaching system based on specific job,takes "team-based" teaching organization, establishes a sound management system and operation, builds a core of interdisciplinary ERP enterprise business simulation training platform,implements diversified business, employment practice base about social services,practice teaching organization is a diversified and openal management form, in order to cultivate complex high-level professionals with the sustainable development and applied economics and management .
