从“五位一体”建国方略和保障国家粮油安全的理念出发，阐述开发和开创木本粮油特色产业的战略意义；概括和评述了我国发展木本粮油产业潜在的优势条件，认为合理和充分开发利用大有可为。在前述的基础上，重点提出振兴我国木本粮油产业的必要对策措施。
從“五位一體”建國方略和保障國傢糧油安全的理唸齣髮，闡述開髮和開創木本糧油特色產業的戰略意義；概括和評述瞭我國髮展木本糧油產業潛在的優勢條件，認為閤理和充分開髮利用大有可為。在前述的基礎上，重點提齣振興我國木本糧油產業的必要對策措施。
종“오위일체”건국방략화보장국가량유안전적이념출발，천술개발화개창목본량유특색산업적전략의의；개괄화평술료아국발전목본량유산업잠재적우세조건，인위합리화충분개발이용대유가위。재전술적기출상，중점제출진흥아국목본량유산업적필요대책조시。
The paper elaborates the strategic significance of creating the special industry of developing woody grain and oil from the nation-building strategy of “Five in One”and the concept of protecting the national food and oil security.It summarizes and comments on China’s potential advantages of developing woody grain and oil industry and considers it reasonable and promising to fully exploit the industry.On the basis of the foregoing account,the paper comes up with some necessary countermeasures to revitalize woody grain and oil industry.
