为了更好地掌握广州河涌底泥中重金属的污染特征,采用欧共体标准物质局( European Community Bureau of Reference, BCR)连续提取法对广州河涌底泥样品重金属的化学形态分布特征进行了研究,并就河涌底泥重金属的生物有效性进行了分析。结果表明, Cd以酸溶态和可还原态为主, Mn和Zn以酸溶态为主, Cr以可氧化态和残渣态为主, Pb以可还原态和可氧化态为主, Cu以可氧化态为主,而Al、 As、 Fe和Ni则以残渣态为主;Cd、 Zn和Mn属于潜在生物可利用性元素, Ni、 Cu、 As、 Pb、 Fe、 Cr和Al属于生物不可利用性元素。
為瞭更好地掌握廣州河湧底泥中重金屬的汙染特徵,採用歐共體標準物質跼( European Community Bureau of Reference, BCR)連續提取法對廣州河湧底泥樣品重金屬的化學形態分佈特徵進行瞭研究,併就河湧底泥重金屬的生物有效性進行瞭分析。結果錶明, Cd以痠溶態和可還原態為主, Mn和Zn以痠溶態為主, Cr以可氧化態和殘渣態為主, Pb以可還原態和可氧化態為主, Cu以可氧化態為主,而Al、 As、 Fe和Ni則以殘渣態為主;Cd、 Zn和Mn屬于潛在生物可利用性元素, Ni、 Cu、 As、 Pb、 Fe、 Cr和Al屬于生物不可利用性元素。

In order to understand the pollution characteristics of heavy metals in river sediment of Guang-zhou, European Community Bureau of Reference ( BCR) sequential extraction procedures were applied to study the chemical speciation distribution of heavy metals in river sediment, and the bioavailability of heavy metals in sediment samples was also analyzed.The results showed that Cd was mainly distributed in acid-soluble metals and reducible metals, while Mn and Zn were mainly in acid-soluble metals, Cr was mainly in oxides metals and residual metals, Pb was mainly in reducible metals and oxides metals, Cu were mainly in oxides metals, and Al, As, Fe and Ni were mainly in residual metals.Cd, Zn and Mn was classified as potential bioavailable elements, while Mn, Ni, Cu, As, Pb, Fe, Cr and Al was belonged to bioavailable elements.
