将紫花苜蓿( Medicago sativa L.)10个品种种子经2000 Gy剂量的60 Co-γ射线辐射处理,并就辐射处理对其部分生长和营养指标的影响进行了比较分析.结果显示,经60 Co-γ射线处理后,10种紫花苜蓿种子的萌发率、株高和营养指标等都发生了不同程度的变化.辐射处理对先行者、 WL525、 WL903和Adrenalian等紫花苜蓿品种种子萌发率的影响较小,而明显降低了其余大富豪、阿尔冈金、费纳尔、苜蓿王、标杆和WL2321等6个品种的种子萌发率;辐射处理对部分紫花苜蓿品种的生长速度有促进作用,而对部分品种的生长速度有抑制作用;辐射处理对大部分品种的粗蛋白、总糖、总氨基酸浓度有显著增高或降低作用,但对全部品种的干/鲜质量比无显著影响.
將紫花苜蓿( Medicago sativa L.)10箇品種種子經2000 Gy劑量的60 Co-γ射線輻射處理,併就輻射處理對其部分生長和營養指標的影響進行瞭比較分析.結果顯示,經60 Co-γ射線處理後,10種紫花苜蓿種子的萌髮率、株高和營養指標等都髮生瞭不同程度的變化.輻射處理對先行者、 WL525、 WL903和Adrenalian等紫花苜蓿品種種子萌髮率的影響較小,而明顯降低瞭其餘大富豪、阿爾岡金、費納爾、苜蓿王、標桿和WL2321等6箇品種的種子萌髮率;輻射處理對部分紫花苜蓿品種的生長速度有促進作用,而對部分品種的生長速度有抑製作用;輻射處理對大部分品種的粗蛋白、總糖、總氨基痠濃度有顯著增高或降低作用,但對全部品種的榦/鮮質量比無顯著影響.

Ten Medicago sativa L.varieties were radiated by 2 000 Gy 60 Co-γray, and some growth and nutrition indexes were analyzed.The results showed that the germination rate, plant height and nutritional quality changed at different degrees after the radiation.The germination rates of six varieties, Million-aire, Algonguin, Fnal, Alfaking, Beraga and WL2321, were decreased by the radiation with no effect on those of four varieties, Xianxingzhe, WL525, WL903 and Adrenalian.Growth speed of partial varieties increased and that of partial varieties decreased after the radiation.Crude protein, total sugar and total a-mino acid contents of most varieties increased or decreased significantly but dry/fresh weight ratio of all changed with no significant difference after the radiation.
