目的:研究维药神香草水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油与超临界 CO2流体萃取物化学成分的异同。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法与超临界 CO2流体萃取法分别提取神香草挥发油和超临界 CO2流体萃取物,并通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定。结果维药神香草挥发油的水蒸气蒸馏法提取率为0.68%,GC-MS 分析、鉴定出所有65种化合物,其中含量较高的是亚油酸(13.83%)、棕榈酸(13.80%)、(+)-胡薄荷酮(8.31%)、(+)斯巴醇(6.27%)、二十一烷(5.34%)、香茅酸(4.07%)、二十六烷(4.02%)、二十四烷(3.28%)、二十烷(3.06%)。维药神香草超临界 CO2流体萃取物的萃取得率为5.5%,GC-MS 分析、鉴定出所有34种化合物,其中γ-谷甾醇(31.882%)、二十八烷(19.953%)、亚麻酸(16.279%)、三十六烷(15.939%)、棕榈酸(10.658%)、亚麻酸乙酯(12.471%)、三十一烷(12.215%)、9,12,15-十八烷三烯酸乙酯(9.057%)化合物含量较高。结论维药神香草挥发油与超临界 CO2流体萃取物化学组成存在较大的差异,超临界 CO2流体萃取物中的γ-谷甾醇、亚麻酸、亚麻酸乙酯等被认为是具有较强生物活性的化合物,且含量较高,具有较大的潜在研究前景。

목적:연구유약신향초수증기증류제취휘발유여초림계 CO2류체췌취물화학성분적이동。방법채용수증기증류법여초림계 CO2류체췌취법분별제취신향초휘발유화초림계 CO2류체췌취물,병통과기상색보-질보(GC-MS)련용의대기화학성분진행분석화감정。결과유약신향초휘발유적수증기증류법제취솔위0.68%,GC-MS 분석、감정출소유65충화합물,기중함량교고적시아유산(13.83%)、종려산(13.80%)、(+)-호박하동(8.31%)、(+)사파순(6.27%)、이십일완(5.34%)、향모산(4.07%)、이십륙완(4.02%)、이십사완(3.28%)、이십완(3.06%)。유약신향초초림계 CO2류체췌취물적췌취득솔위5.5%,GC-MS 분석、감정출소유34충화합물,기중γ-곡치순(31.882%)、이십팔완(19.953%)、아마산(16.279%)、삼십륙완(15.939%)、종려산(10.658%)、아마산을지(12.471%)、삼십일완(12.215%)、9,12,15-십팔완삼희산을지(9.057%)화합물함량교고。결론유약신향초휘발유여초림계 CO2류체췌취물화학조성존재교대적차이,초림계 CO2류체췌취물중적γ-곡치순、아마산、아마산을지등피인위시구유교강생물활성적화합물,차함량교고,구유교대적잠재연구전경。
Objective To study the similarity and differences in chemical composition and relative content of volatile oil by steam distillation and supercritical CO2 Fluid extraction extracts of Hyssopus officinalis L. (Hyssop),a Traditional Uighur Hreb Medicine.Methods Hyssopus volatile oil and SFE exctracts was extracted by steam distillation and supercritical CO2 Fluid extraction methods and the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS)were used to analyze its chemical composition.Then,relative content of each component has been calculated with a peak area normalization method.Results There were 65 components separated and identified from volatile oil of Hyssop by team distillation,and its content was 0.68%,which mainly included Linoleic acid (13.83%),palmitic acid (13.80%),(+)-pulegone(8.31%),(+)Spartak alcohol (6.27%),heneicosanoic (5.34%),lemongrass acid (4.07%),hexacosanoic (4.02%),lignoceric (3.28%),eicosanoic (3.06%).There were 34 components separated and identified from SFE exctracts of Hyssop by supercritical CO2 Fluid extraction,and the content reached 5.5% ,which mainly includedγ-si-tosterol (31.882%),heneicosanoic (19.953%),linolenic acid (16.279%),hexatriacontanoic (15.939%), palmitic acid (10.658%),flax ethyl (12.471%),hentriaconta (12.215%),9,12,15 octadecane leukotriene ethyl (9.057%).Conclusion The result showed that there were many differences in chemical composition and relative content of Hyssop extractions from steam distillation and supercritical CO 2 Fluid extraction. We find some higher content of chemical compounds such as γ-sitosterol,linolenic acid and flax ethyl in the supercritical CO2 Fluid extraction which are considered biologically active compounds and have great potential research prospects.
