通过对20个杨树无性系的根系生长进行的比较及聚类分析研究,结果表明:20个杨树无性系不定根总长度和数量均具有较大的差异,其中,中驻1号不定根总长度最长,达到35.6 m,其次是 NL351、T26和中驻6号,最小的为109,仅为15.4 m。数量最大的也是中驻1号,共65根;中驻6号、W07和 I107次之;最小的为 W03和109,均为24根。基部直径在2 cm 以下的不定根占不定根总数量的60%~80%;聚类分析将20个杨树无性系分成6类。

통과대20개양수무성계적근계생장진행적비교급취류분석연구,결과표명:20개양수무성계불정근총장도화수량균구유교대적차이,기중,중주1호불정근총장도최장,체도35.6 m,기차시 NL351、T26화중주6호,최소적위109,부위15.4 m。수량최대적야시중주1호,공65근;중주6호、W07화 I107차지;최소적위 W03화109,균위24근。기부직경재2 cm 이하적불정근점불정근총수량적60%~80%;취류분석장20개양수무성계분성6류。
Root growth of 20 poplar clones was compared and conducted clustering analysis.Result shows that there are larger differences in total length & number of adventitious root of 20 poplar clones,among them,the total length of adventitious root for Populus ‘Zhongzhu-1 ’are the most longest,being 35.6m;followed by Populus ‘NL35 1’, Populus ‘T26’,Populus ‘Zhongzhu-6’,and the number of Populus 109 is the smallest,only 1 5.4 m;number of adventitious root for Populus ‘Zhongzhu-1’is the largest,a total of 65,followed by Populus ‘Zhongzhu-6’,Popu-lus ‘W07’and Populus ‘I107’;the smallest are Populus ‘W03’and Populus ‘109’,which are all 24.Adventitious root with the base diameter being below 2 cm constitute the total number of adventitious roots of 60% ~80%;20 poplar clones were divided into 6 categories by cluster analysis.
