The technique of rice paper mulching and transplanting is a new technique of high yield, water saving and protecting envi-ronment for rice production. In the article, it designed rice high-speed film mulching and transplanting machine based on technical re-quest of mulching, expounded the design of whole structure and main working parts of the machine, the structure is logical and easy to be adjusted by test proving, and can meet technical request of rice mulching and transplanting.
