目的:探究血常规检验中经常出现的误差原因以及应对措施。方法选取2013年6月~2014年9月收治的63例患者进行血常规检验,并研究造成血常规检验误差的原因。结果4℃冷藏条件下的白细胞和血小板检测含量明显低于6~25℃的常规条件;抗血凝剂浓度为1.6 mg/mL时,红细胞和平均体积和红细胞的比容值明显低于2.8 mg/mL浓度;标本放置10分钟内检验的结果明显低于放置2小时后的检验结果,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规检验中,标本的测定时间、保存温度和抗血凝剂的浓度差异,都会在血常规的检验中使检验值出现偏差,要规范操作步骤。

목적:탐구혈상규검험중경상출현적오차원인이급응대조시。방법선취2013년6월~2014년9월수치적63례환자진행혈상규검험,병연구조성혈상규검험오차적원인。결과4℃랭장조건하적백세포화혈소판검측함량명현저우6~25℃적상규조건;항혈응제농도위1.6 mg/mL시,홍세포화평균체적화홍세포적비용치명현저우2.8 mg/mL농도;표본방치10분종내검험적결과명현저우방치2소시후적검험결과,차이현저,유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론혈상규검험중,표본적측정시간、보존온도화항혈응제적농도차이,도회재혈상규적검험중사검험치출현편차,요규범조작보취。
ObjectiveTo explore reasons for common errors in routine blood test and relevant measures to deal with them.MethodsChoose 63 patients who are received in hospital from June 2013 to September 2014 and have them examined by routine blood test. And then explore reasons for common errors in routine blood test. ResultsLeukocyte and platelet detection content at 4℃ refrigerated condition are significantly lower than those at conventional condition of 6-25℃; and the average erythrocyte volume and its hematocrit value are significantly lower than 2.8mg/mL concentration when anticoagulants concentration is of 1.6mg/ml; and in addition, the test result of specimen within 10 minutes’ placement is much lower than test result of specimen after 2 hours’ placement; there is differential between patients’ routine blood test results and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05). Conclusion Test time of specimen, preservation temperature for specimen and anticoagulants concentration differential are accounted for errors occurred in routine blood test, the way to deal with these errors is to standardize test procedures.
