目的：分析动脉瘤样骨囊肿（ABC）的CT影像特征，提高ABC的CT诊断水平。方法回顾性分析25例经外科手术/穿刺活检及病理结果证实的ABC的CT表现。结果25例CT检查资料中，17例有不同程度的囊状膨胀性改变，4例骨皮质破坏中断，9例可见到骨性间隔和骨嵴，3例可见多发液-液平面，3例周围出现囊实性软组织肿块。结论 CT对ABC有重要的诊断价值，其中囊状骨质破坏并骨质内缘多发压迹及骨嵴分隔是诊断ABC的重要征象。

목적：분석동맥류양골낭종（ABC）적CT영상특정，제고ABC적CT진단수평。방법회고성분석25례경외과수술/천자활검급병리결과증실적ABC적CT표현。결과25례CT검사자료중，17례유불동정도적낭상팽창성개변，4례골피질파배중단，9례가견도골성간격화골척，3례가견다발액-액평면，3례주위출현낭실성연조직종괴。결론 CT대ABC유중요적진단개치，기중낭상골질파배병골질내연다발압적급골척분격시진단ABC적중요정상。
Objective To analyze the CT imaging features of aneurysmal bone cyst and improve the CT diagnosis of ABC.Methods A retrospective analysis of 25 cases with surgical operation / biopsy and pathology results confirmed ABC CT expression.ResultsIn 25 cases with CT examination, 17 cases of cystic expansion change in different degree, 4 patients with cortical destruction interrupt, 9 cases is visible to the osseous interval and bone crest, there are multiple liquid-liquid plane in 3 cases, 3 cases of peripheral appear cystic mass of soft tissue.Conclusion CT has important value in the diagnosis of ABC, The cystic bone destruction and bone inner multiple pressure trace and bone crista are important signs for the diagnosis of ABC.
