免耕播种机应具有良好的通过性能,以保证田间作业质量。对2BQMJ-2型播种机进行破茬防堵机构改进,并通过田间试验考察改进后机具的田间通过性能,检验破茬作业质量,验证改进后破茬防堵机构的工作可靠性及结构设计合理性。结果表明:改进后的播种机切茬防堵结构设计合理,作业效果良好,田间通过性能得到改善。
免耕播種機應具有良好的通過性能,以保證田間作業質量。對2BQMJ-2型播種機進行破茬防堵機構改進,併通過田間試驗攷察改進後機具的田間通過性能,檢驗破茬作業質量,驗證改進後破茬防堵機構的工作可靠性及結構設計閤理性。結果錶明:改進後的播種機切茬防堵結構設計閤理,作業效果良好,田間通過性能得到改善。

No-tillage seeder should have good passing performance in order to assure the quality of field operation. In the article, it aimed to improve the part of cutting stubble and avoiding block of type 2BQMJ-2 seeder, meanwhile observe the passing performance of the improved machinery by field tests, inspect the quality of cutting stubble operation, and verify working stability and rationality of structure design for the improved part. The result showed that the structure of the improved part is logical, its operation effect is good, and the passing performance in the field is improved.
