目的：对复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病的临床疗效进行分析探讨。方法选取于2014年1月～2015年2月期间在我院接受治疗的46例冠心病患者，根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为对照组和治疗组进行对照研究，对硝酸甘油和复方丹参滴丸的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗组患者的心电图疗、心绞痛、血脂治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病具有十分显著的临床效果，能使心绞痛发作频率及血脂显著降低，并且能够改善患者的心电图缺血性改变情况，值得进行推广应用。
목적：대복방단삼적환치료관심병적림상료효진행분석탐토。방법선취우2014년1월～2015년2월기간재아원접수치료적46례관심병환자，근거치료방식적불동장환자분위대조조화치료조진행대조연구，대초산감유화복방단삼적환적치료효과진행비교。결과치료조환자적심전도료、심교통、혈지치료총유효솔균현저고우대조조，차이현저，유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론복방단삼적환치료관심병구유십분현저적림상효과，능사심교통발작빈솔급혈지현저강저，병차능구개선환자적심전도결혈성개변정황，치득진행추엄응용。
Objective Clinical efficacy of compound Dan Shen dripping pils in treatment of coronary heart disease is to be studied.MethodsChoose 46 patients of coronary heart disease who are treated in hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 and separate them into control group and study group according to different treatment methods which are given nitroglycerin medication treatment and compound Dan Shen dripping pils treatment respectively; and then compare treatment effects between two groups.Results With regarding to patients’ treatment of ECG, angina and blood lipid, patients’ treatment efficacy in study group are much higher than counterparts in control group; there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P< 0.05).Conclusion Compound Dan Shen dripping pils is of efficacy in treatment of coronary heart disease; it is conducive to reducing patients’ angina attack times, decreasing patients’ blood lipid and improving patients’ ECG ischemic situation; thus, such a medication treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied widespread.
