目的:了解邯郸市社区居民对社区卫生服务中心的认知和满意度情况。方法:采用现场问卷调查方式,选取邯郸市常住居民进行随机抽样调查。结果:社区居民对社区卫生院的临床诊疗、计划生育咨询、慢病管理、接种预防以及建立健康档案的服务知晓率较高,均在70%以上,而对社区保健、健康教育、康复治疗、卫生公共事件处理和建立家庭病床的服务的知晓率均不足50%。社区居民对社区卫生服务的便利程度、就医距离、候诊时间、营业时间、医务人员仪表、着装、医务人员沟通能力和居民隐私保护方面满意度较高,在90%以上,对科室设置、药品种类、药品价格和诊疗费用方面满意度较低,仍不到70%。其中居民对药品价格满意度最低,只有59.06%。结论:应加强社区卫生服务的宣传力度,合理配置卫生资源,改善社区卫生机构的服务质量,推进社区医疗服务工作更全面的开展。

목적:료해함단시사구거민대사구위생복무중심적인지화만의도정황。방법:채용현장문권조사방식,선취함단시상주거민진행수궤추양조사。결과:사구거민대사구위생원적림상진료、계화생육자순、만병관리、접충예방이급건립건강당안적복무지효솔교고,균재70%이상,이대사구보건、건강교육、강복치료、위생공공사건처리화건립가정병상적복무적지효솔균불족50%。사구거민대사구위생복무적편리정도、취의거리、후진시간、영업시간、의무인원의표、착장、의무인원구통능력화거민은사보호방면만의도교고,재90%이상,대과실설치、약품충류、약품개격화진료비용방면만의도교저,잉불도70%。기중거민대약품개격만의도최저,지유59.06%。결론:응가강사구위생복무적선전력도,합리배치위생자원,개선사구위생궤구적복무질량,추진사구의료복무공작경전면적개전。
Objective: The study was investigated to understand the awareness and degree of satisfaction of community health service centers by residents in Handan.Methods: Community residents in Handan were random selected and surveyed by questionnaire on site.Results: Data showed that the awareness rates of clinical diagnosis and treatment, family planning advice, chronic disease management, and electronic health records were above 70%. However, the awareness rates of community health, health education, rehabilitation, public health event handling and establishing domestic sickbed were lower than 50%. The degree of satisfaction on convenience, distance, waiting time, office hours, medical staff instrument, dressing, communication ability and residents' privacy was above 90%, and the satisfaction of department settings, types of drugs, drug price and clinical costs was lower than 70%. The least satisfying was drug price, with only 59.06%.Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of community health service, to appropriately collocate health resources and improve the service quality of community health centers, thus promote the community service development.
