目的：探讨MRI对急性胰腺炎的诊断价值。方法选择经临床确诊的急性胰腺炎患者68例，且全部进行过MRI检查，均采用了轴位的SE序列T1WI，FSE序列T2WI，脂肪抑制序列STIR，冠状位的SE序列T1WI，全部病例进行了MRCP检查。结果 MRI主要显示胰腺肿大，胰腺周围渗出，腹腔内可见积液，STIR序列显示周围渗出更具有优越性；MRCP显示胆总管扩张，胰腺管不规则扩张。结论 MRI对急性胰腺炎的诊断具有重要的诊断价值，STIR序列的应用更具有优越性。

목적：탐토MRI대급성이선염적진단개치。방법선택경림상학진적급성이선염환자68례，차전부진행과MRI검사，균채용료축위적SE서렬T1WI，FSE서렬T2WI，지방억제서렬STIR，관상위적SE서렬T1WI，전부병례진행료MRCP검사。결과 MRI주요현시이선종대，이선주위삼출，복강내가견적액，STIR서렬현시주위삼출경구유우월성；MRCP현시담총관확장，이선관불규칙확장。결론 MRI대급성이선염적진단구유중요적진단개치，STIR서렬적응용경구유우월성。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI for acute pancreatitis.Methods 68 cases of patients with clinical diagnosis of acute pancreatitis were selected to carry on the MRI inspection, using axis position SE sequence T1WI, FSE sequence T2WI, fat suppression sequence STIR, coronal position SE sequence T1WI. All cases adopted the MRCP inspection.Results MRI Mainly showed enlargement of the pancreas, leakage around the pancreas, intraperitoneal fluid; using STIR sequence to show the surrounding exudation had more advantages; MRCP showed dilatation of the common bile duct, pancreatic duct with irregular dilation.Conclusion MRI has important diagnostic value for diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, and the application of STIR sequence is more advantageous.
