目的：观察奥沙利铂与羟基喜树碱联合疗法在晚期胃癌临床治疗方面的应用价值。方法选择80例晚期胃癌患者在我院就诊。按照随机的方式将80例患者列入观察组（40例）与对照组（40例）。对照组按照常规使用羟基喜树碱对两组患者实施临床治疗，观察组在此基础上，对患者加用奥沙利铂。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后，观察组患者的治疗有效率、生存率和满意度均要明显高于对照组患者，比较差异显著（P均<0.05）；两组患者不良反应的发生率相比无显著差异（P >0.05）。结论在对晚期胃癌患者应用羟基喜树碱进行常规治疗的基础上加用奥沙利铂，可以提高治疗有效率和患者的生存率以及满意度，属于一种安全有效的临床治疗方法。

Objective To observe the application value of hydroxycamptothecin and oxaliplatin combination therapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods80 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients in our hospital. According to the random way. 80 patients were included in the observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases).
