为研究低温弱光对黄瓜( Cucumis sativus L.)幼苗生长过程中的生长和生理指标的影响,选择耐低温性不同的9504、9506、9507、9511、9514和9517等6份高代自交系黄瓜种子,对其幼苗进行低温处理,白天12℃,晚上8℃,每天光照7.5 h,弱光强度2000 lx,共处理14 d,对其耐低温性、叶片数、叶面积、叶片电导率、核糖核酸酶活性、游离氨基酸和水杨酸的质量浓度进行了测定.结果表明,低温弱光处理下,各材料的叶片数、叶面积、叶片电导率、核糖核酸酶活性、游离氨基酸和水杨酸的质量浓度差异变显著;幼苗叶片数、叶面积下降;叶片电导率、核糖核酸酶活性、游离氨基酸和水杨酸的质量浓度上升.耐低温性强的材料具有较高的叶面积、核糖核酸酶活性、游离氨基酸和水杨酸的质量浓度.

To study the growth and physiological characteristics of cucumber ( Cucumber sativus L.) seedling under low temperature and weak light stress, 9504, 9505, 9507, 9511, 9514 and 9517 six cu-cumber with different tolerance to low temperature and weak light from a high generation inbred line mate-rials were chosen and the seedlings were treated with low-temperature and weak light, 12/8 ℃ in day/night, with 7.5 h everyday by the low light intensity of 2 000 lx for 14 days.Several characters such as the chilling tolerance, number of leaves, leaf area, conductivity of leaves, activity of RNase, free amino acid content, salicylic acid content were measured.The results indicated that after low temperature and weak light treatment, the number of leaves, leaf area, conductivity of leaves, activity of RNase, free a-mino acid and salicylic acid contents varied between different material significantly.The area and number of leaves decreased while conductivity of leaves, activity of RNase, free amino acid and salicylic acid contents increased.The leaf area, conductivity of leaves, activity of RNase, free amino acid and salicylic acid contents of resistant materials were higher than those of sensitive materials.
