采用包裹式热平衡茎流计初步探讨了月季‘影星’(Rosa hybrida ‘Movie Star’)切花和栀子(Gardenia jasminoides Ellis‘Fortuniana’)切叶瓶插期间的茎流变化特征,并分别采用包裹式热平衡茎流计法、自制的水分吸收和散失连续自动侦测装置对栀子切叶的茎流速度和失水速率进行了同步测定。结果表明,二者的茎流速率在光暗交替条件下呈现明显的昼高夜低的变化节律,并总体呈现出随着瓶插时间延长而明显下降的趋势;栀子切叶日茎流积累量明显高于月季切花,但二者的日茎流积累量均随瓶插时间的延长而下降,且栀子切叶日茎流积累量的下降速度明显快于月季切花;栀子切叶的茎流速度和失水速率的结果极为相近、变化趋势也颇为一致,这意味着栀子切叶蒸腾失水的变化是引起其茎流变化的主要原因,同时也初步验证了包裹式热平衡茎流计法测定切花和切叶茎流的可靠性和可行性。

The characteristics of sap flow during the vase time of cut roses ( Rosa hybrida‘Movie Star’ ) and gardenia ( Gardeniajasminoides Ellis ‘Fortuniana ’ ) were studied with packaged heat balance sap flow system, and further simultaneous determination of sap flow rate and water loss of cut gardenia using packaged heat balance sap flow system and continuous automatic apparatus made by our lab respectively. The results showed that a typical diurnal rhythm change under the alternating light and dark cycles, and the general trend of sap flow rate declined along with the vase time of both cut plants.Additionally, diur-nal sap flow accumulation of gardenias was higher than that of cut roses during their vase time, but both declined along with the vase time.With a quicker decline in cut gardenias than that in cut roses;the data and change trends of sap flow rate and water loss of cut gardenia obtained by the packaged heat balance sap flow system and continuous automatic apparatus were very similar, which implied that water loss by transpiration is the main factor that cause changes in sap flow rate of cut gardenias, and which also certi-fied the reliability and feasibility of packaged heat balance sap flow system for analyzing the characteris-tics of sap flow of cut flowers and foliage.
