目的：探讨鼻内镜手术联合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉的疗效。方法我院就诊的鼻息肉病患者共80例作为研究目标，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对照组给予患者鼻内镜手术治疗；观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础之上，再联合采用糖皮质激素进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率占97.50%（39/40），对照组总有效率占85.00%（34/40），观察组明显优于对照组，组间治疗效果比较具有明显差异，P <0.05。结论在治疗鼻息肉病时，应结合患者实际状况采用鼻内镜手术联合糖皮质激素治疗方法，该方法可以提高治疗效果，在临床上具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic operation combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of nasal polyps. Methods Nasal polyps patients in our hospital, a total of 80 cases as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group, the control group received nasal endoscopic operation treatment; observation group on the basis of control group therapy, combined with glucocorticoid treatment, compared two effect of the treatment of patients with.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group was 97.50% (39/40), the total effective rate of control group was 85% (34/40), the observation group was significantly better than the control group, treatment group compared with significant difference,P < 0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of nasal polyposis, combined with the actual condition of patients treated by nasal with glucocorticoid, the method can improve the therapeutic effect, it has higher value in clinical application.
