目的:探讨Broca语言区长期缺如下的脑内代偿情况。方法左侧Broca区因外伤脑出血切除缺如患者6例,手术后5~10年不等,平均6年10个月。男:女=2:1,年龄26~54岁,平均42.5岁。正常健康志愿者20人,男10例,女10例,平均34.5岁,均为右利手。检查者均完成图片命名任务。AFNI软件处理实验数据。统计分析采用SPSS20.0分析软件。同一感兴奋区比较采用两样本均数t检验。结果与正常对照组比较:双侧颞上回后部( BA22区)激活体素及强度明显升高,有统计学意义;双侧顶上小叶、小脑半球、梭状回,左侧角回及辅助运动区激活强度明显提高,激活体素明显减少,有统计学意义。结论 Broca语言区长期缺如下,脑内多个脑区参与了语言功能的代偿。

목적:탐토Broca어언구장기결여하적뇌내대상정황。방법좌측Broca구인외상뇌출혈절제결여환자6례,수술후5~10년불등,평균6년10개월。남:녀=2:1,년령26~54세,평균42.5세。정상건강지원자20인,남10례,녀10례,평균34.5세,균위우리수。검사자균완성도편명명임무。AFNI연건처리실험수거。통계분석채용SPSS20.0분석연건。동일감흥강구비교채용량양본균수t검험。결과여정상대조조비교:쌍측섭상회후부( BA22구)격활체소급강도명현승고,유통계학의의;쌍측정상소협、소뇌반구、사상회,좌측각회급보조운동구격활강도명현제고,격활체소명현감소,유통계학의의。결론 Broca어언구장기결여하,뇌내다개뇌구삼여료어언공능적대상。
Objective:To explore the functional compensation and plasticity mechanism when the left Broca region is absent for a long time. Methods:The patients’ group of 6 cases,whose left Broca regions were resected because of the hem-orrhage after the trauma,were examined in 5-10Y after the operation with the average age of 6Y and 10M,and the rate between male and female was 2:1,with age between 26-54Y at mean age of 42. 5Y. The 20 cases of normal healthy vol-unteers had 10 males and 10 females with the mean age of 34. 5Y. The right hand was predominant. The tasK of picture na-ming was done. The same regions in two groups were compared with two sample paired t test. The experiment data were dealt with AFNI soft ware and analysed with SPSS 20. 0. Results:Compared with the normal group,the activatated voxels and activated intensity were increased obviously in both sides of superior temporal gyrus,and had the statistical signifi-cance. Activated intensity was increased and activated voxels were decreased in the both side of superior parietal lobe,cer-ebellar hemisphere,fusiform gyrus,left angular gyrus and supplementary motor area,and also had the statistical signifi-cance. Conclusion:Many brain regions participate in the functional compensation of the language when the Broca region is absent for a long time.
