目的：探究低钾血症患者采用门冬氨酸钾注射液治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年4月～2015年1月收治的40例低钾血症患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组28例选择门冬氨酸钾注射液的治疗，对照组12例患者选择氯化钾和氯化钠注射液的治疗，对患者治疗后血钾的变化进行观察。结果实验组治疗有效率为96.43%，对照组治疗有效率为75.0%，差异较大，有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论低钾血症患者采用门冬氨酸加注射液的治疗，可促使治疗效果得到提高，不良反应少，起效快，减轻患者身体不适的症状。

목적：탐구저갑혈증환자채용문동안산갑주사액치료적방법화효과。방법선취2013년4월～2015년1월수치적40례저갑혈증환자진행치료，수궤분조，실험조28례선택문동안산갑주사액적치료，대조조12례환자선택록화갑화록화납주사액적치료，대환자치료후혈갑적변화진행관찰。결과실험조치료유효솔위96.43%，대조조치료유효솔위75.0%，차이교대，유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론저갑혈증환자채용문동안산가주사액적치료，가촉사치료효과득도제고，불량반응소，기효쾌，감경환자신체불괄적증상。
Objective Treatment method and its effect of potassium aspartate injection in treatment of hypokalemia patients are to be studied.Methods Choose 40 hypokalemia patients who are treated in hospital from April 2013 to January 2015 and separate them into control group and study group at random; 28 patients in study group are given potassium aspartate injection treatment and 12 patients in control group are given potassium chloride combined with sodium chloride injection treatment, then make an observation on patients’ serum potassium changes between two groups.Results Treatment efficacy in study group is up to 96.43%, while treatment efficacy in control group is 75.0%, there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P < 0.05).ConclusionPotassium aspartate injection is of efficacy in treatment of hypokalemia; it is conducive to increasing treatment efficacy with few side effects and it is effective to relieve patients’ uncomfortable symptoms.
