眼球内异物伤是眼科常见的眼外伤，该种眼外伤损伤严重，且预后差，其损伤机制复杂。关于眼球内异物伤患者的预后影响因素研究结果不一，但一般认为与术前视力、有无视网膜脱离、伤口大小及位置等因素相关，如不及时处理，不仅导致视力丧失，还常常丧失眼球，其严重性和危害性十分明显。因此对于眼内异物伤损伤机制及预后影响因素的研究有助于对临床治疗的指导。现就其损伤机制及预后影响因素进行综述。

Intraocular foreign body injury is common ocular trauma. This kind of ocular trauma injury is serious, and with poor prognosis. Its damage mechanism is complex. The studies for prognostic factors of intraocular foreign body in-juries are diffrent. But people generally considered that it is related with preoperative visual acuity,retinal detachment, wound size and location. Intraocular foreign body injury prognosis of patients affected by a number of factors,if not treated in time,it may not only result in loss of vision,but also often lose eyes,its seriousness and danger is obvious. Regarding the damage mechanism and prognosis of influence factors were summarized as follows.
