目的对复方樟柳碱联合降糖药物治疗血管性假性视乳头炎的可行性及依从性进行研究，为临床治疗提供指导。方法选取我院2013年3月至2014年3月间治疗的糖尿病伴血管性假性视乳头炎患者124例（124只眼）为研究对象，采用随机抽签的方式将其分为两组，每组62例。对照组研究对象予以复方樟柳碱治疗；观察组研究对象采用复方樟柳碱联合降糖药物阿卡波糖片进行治疗。治疗后就其疗效、安全性及治疗依从性进行组间比较。结果观察组研究对象的总有效率为90．3％高于对照组77．4％的总有效率，且具有显著差异性（P ＜0．05）；观察组研究对象的不良反应发生率为12．9％低于对照组14．5％的不良反应率，但无显著差异性（P ＞0．05）；在治疗依从性的比较中，两组研究对象均在90．0％以上，无显著差异性（P ＞0．05）。结论复方樟柳碱联合降糖药物用于血管性假性视乳头炎的治疗中具有疗效显著，安全性高，治疗依从性高等优势。
목적대복방장류감연합강당약물치료혈관성가성시유두염적가행성급의종성진행연구，위림상치료제공지도。방법선취아원2013년3월지2014년3월간치료적당뇨병반혈관성가성시유두염환자124례（124지안）위연구대상，채용수궤추첨적방식장기분위량조，매조62례。대조조연구대상여이복방장류감치료；관찰조연구대상채용복방장류감연합강당약물아잡파당편진행치료。치료후취기료효、안전성급치료의종성진행조간비교。결과관찰조연구대상적총유효솔위90．3％고우대조조77．4％적총유효솔，차구유현저차이성（P ＜0．05）；관찰조연구대상적불량반응발생솔위12．9％저우대조조14．5％적불량반응솔，단무현저차이성（P ＞0．05）；재치료의종성적비교중，량조연구대상균재90．0％이상，무현저차이성（P ＞0．05）。결론복방장류감연합강당약물용우혈관성가성시유두염적치료중구유료효현저，안전성고，치료의종성고등우세。
Objective To study the feasibility and compliance of compound anisodine combined with acarbose for the treatment of vascular pseudo papillitis,and to provide guidance for clinical management. Methods The subjects of this study were 124 patients with diabetic vascular pseudo papillitis who were treated in our hospital between March 2013 and March 2014. Patients randomly received compound anisodine alone (control)or combined with acarbose (observation group). The efficacy,safety and compliance of the treatments were compared between the two groups. Results In the ob-servation group,the overall efficiency was 90. 3%,significantly higher than that of control group (77. 4%;P < 0. 05). Rate of adverse reaction was 12. 9%,lower than that of control group 14. 5% but did not reach statistical significance. Compliance were more than 90% in both groups and there was no difference between the two groups (P > 0. 05). Conclu-sion Compound anisodine combined with acarbose is an effective and safe treatment for vascular pseudo papillitis in dia-betic patients. This regimen also showed great compliance among the patients.
