为解决现有车辆发动机油耗仪测量操作繁琐、效率低、需拆解车辆等问题,利用液位压力变化与燃油消耗体积变化量之间的关系,设计了车辆发动机燃油消耗量测量系统。系统采用涡轮流量计、液位变送器等高精度传感器采集试验数据,数据处理程序采用LabVIEW软件编写,实现了车辆发动机燃油消耗量的不解体测量。系统试验表明,测量系统结构简便、测量效率较高,燃油消耗量测量精度符合要求。
為解決現有車輛髮動機油耗儀測量操作繁瑣、效率低、需拆解車輛等問題,利用液位壓力變化與燃油消耗體積變化量之間的關繫,設計瞭車輛髮動機燃油消耗量測量繫統。繫統採用渦輪流量計、液位變送器等高精度傳感器採集試驗數據,數據處理程序採用LabVIEW軟件編寫,實現瞭車輛髮動機燃油消耗量的不解體測量。繫統試驗錶明,測量繫統結構簡便、測量效率較高,燃油消耗量測量精度符閤要求。
위해결현유차량발동궤유모의측량조작번쇄、효솔저、수탁해차량등문제,이용액위압력변화여연유소모체적변화량지간적관계,설계료차량발동궤연유소모량측량계통。계통채용와륜류량계、액위변송기등고정도전감기채집시험수거,수거처리정서채용LabVIEW연건편사,실현료차량발동궤연유소모량적불해체측량。계통시험표명,측량계통결구간편、측량효솔교고,연유소모량측량정도부합요구。
In order to solve the problems in existing fuel consumption meter for vehicle engines, such as tedious measuring operation, low measurement efficiency and disassembly needed, thus by adopting the relationship between level pressure variation and volume change of fuel consumption, the fuel consumption measurement system for vehicle engine has been designed. In the system, the test data are collected by high precision transducers, i. e. , turbine flowmeter and level transmitter;data processing program is written by using LabVIEW software;thus fuel consumption measurement without disassembly for vehicle engine is implemented. The system test indicates that this system features simple structure, higher measurement efficiency;the measurement accuracy of fuel consumption measurement meets the requirement.
